The Giacopazzi family have been making ice cream in Eyemouth since 1898 when founder Lorenzo Giacopazzi stopped off in Eyemouth on his way from Italy to America. Today, Giacopazzi’s is a well-established Fish & Chip Restaurant, Takeaway, Cafe and Ice Cream Parlour, which is still owned and run by the Giacopazzi family. Famous for its freshly cooked fish, award-winning ice cream and sorbet and location on the harbourside, no visit to the Scottish Borders would be complete without a visit to Giacopazzi’s.
