The 2019 event was on the 28th of July. The 2020 event is yet to be announced.

The 41st annual Coldingham Gala and Country Fayre will be held on the playing field off School Road, offering a varied programme of events and activities for all the family. All money raised will benefit local charities.

Great for kids!

Once again Coldingham Gala is running a Fancy Dress competition for all primary school aged children.
There is no theme for the competition, so kids can use their imagination. The judges will give more credit for home-made outfits than hired/shop-bought ones.
Every primary-aged child in fancy-dress will get free entry at the gate, and be asked for their age, name, and their ‘character’ on arrival.
PRIZES for every entrant!
Multiple Kids Activities including: Funfair rides, bouncy castle, free magic shows and kids entertainment with Chris Wish and free face-painting!
