Today, Communion Records’ MarthaGunn announce their Autumn UK headline tour, their biggest run of shows to date. Fresh from their appearances at The Great Escape and Bushstock Festival, the Brighton five-piece will be covering the length and breadth of the UK, avoiding the well-trodden path of major-city focussed touring and hitting-up towns often forgotten on most national tours. Their 17-date tour will run through from September to October, drawing towards a close at London’s very own Sebright Arms.
Made up of Abi, Max, Humphrey, Ally and Frankie – MarthaGunn first bonded together in Brighton and quickly found themselves living together. Taking musical cues from bands including Fleetwood Mac, Mystery Jets and Haim, over the last 18 months the band have been honing their live show and are now poised and ready for their Autumn UK headline tour.
